The 7 Elements of Pregnancy

Starting 3rd of February 2025

We will take you on a 7-week journey into the medicine wheel of the inner realms of yourself and pregnancy. As we navigate our own landscapes to explore en reconnect with all that we are and how envision our birth and the new mandala we are creating.

Being conscious and aware that we are planting and birthing the seeds of change, it takes courage to be a builder of the new paradigm, therefore we unite and support one another. We are all weaving the web of wisdom together.

  • Week 1: EARTH/PHYSICAL ~
    Making contact with our pelvis, our birthright and opening for presence from within to be welcomed.

  • Week 2: WIND/MENTAL ~
    How are you in contact with yourself, your pregnancy, and your child to born? How is your communication and what is your truth to speak up wholeheartedly?

  • Week 3: WATER/EMOTIONAL ~
    Grief comes during mourning. Mourning is a process of bereavement. But how do we actually grief and letting go? Inviting our emotional to feel and surrender what is unfolding.

  • Week 4: FIRE/SPIRITUAL ~
    Ancestor ritual. Connecting and cleaning the female and masculine bloodlines

  • Week 5: COSMOS/ENERGETIC ~
    Sexuality and birth ... and how they are relating with one another.

  • Week 6: PACHA MAMA/ANCIENT MOTHER ~
    Intention, visualizations, affirmations & prayers. How do you see and feel your perfect birth?

  • Week 7: CENTER/SOURCE ~
    This meeting will be together with your partner. Divine feminine and masculine. Holding space for inquiry and your holy marriage within. Closing ceremony with infinite blessings ...

THe 7 weeks are built upon

It is important to note this is not a “regular” pregnancy preparation course; we will DEEPEN into the layers of our INNER BEING, navigating with our own inner compasses, connecting to the elements of Life, outside and inside of us.
