The bodywork I offer is based on that what I feel what is needed in that specific moment. In sessions I will let my intuition guide the way. Therefore no session is the same because the body is an ever moving and changing breathing organism.

Together we will create a safe space so you can relax, release and be held within a container of unconditional love.

Beforehand we will have a little talk about what you want to bring in for yourself as intention and, I will ask you some questions about your body.

My main intention for you, next to the intention you are bringing in, is to bring and remember your life force energy. This can bring and integrate different processes but foremost we will work with the body’s nervous system to relax. This is the main fundament of the session.

In this world of ever ongoing life and all the ‘doing’, I will guide you into a place within yourself to fully come home and ground yourself into you center. After years of working with bodies, I trust that my hands always intuitively search the places that are out of balance.

I combine bodywork with essential oils and sound therapy.
